Our Journey

Welcome to the Eurox journey, where we invite you to explore the milestones that have shaped our journey from a small family-run business to a leading name in workwear and PPE. Our story is one of dedication, innovation, and unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

1985: Humble Beginnings

Future Garments started as a sole proprietorship, acting as a second-tier subcontractor in the clothing industry, primarily manufacturing anorak padded winter coats. The business began on the third floor of a heavy industrial building in Birmingham.

1987: Relocation and Innovation

Future Garments relocated to a larger premises in Grove Lane. This move marked the beginning of innovation with various diversifications in product manufacturing. Future Garments became the first company to manufacture Hi-Vis Jackets in the UK, gradually diversifying into a full range of high-visibility products.

1987: Incorporation

Future Garments LTD transitioned to a limited company, marking a new phase in its corporate structure.

1989: Birth of Eurox

Eurox was incorporated as a sister company to supply uniforms to the security sector. Both companies grew simultaneously, with Eurox managed by Hardip Palak and Future Garments LTD overseen by Kuldip Palak.

1994: Expansion

An opportunity arose for expansion as the business outgrew its premises. Future Garments LTD then moved to Buttress Lane after purchasing the property.

Late 1990s: Global Manufacturing Shift

Between 1998 and 1999, manufacturing in the UK began to see a decline due to overseas manufacturing competition. Future Garments LTD collaborated with our client base to explore moving production to India. Although Future Garments LTD had a factory in India, we also began manufacturing in China and other low-cost economies.

2003: Growth and Challenges

Between 2003 and 2005, an opportunity to grow the Eurox side of the business emerged with various projects whilst encountering a number of hurdles. As the business continued to grow, the family took the decision to amalgamate both companies. The business expanded its portfolio from clothing and jackets to complete head-to-toe safety solutions.

2005: Amalgamation

Following the decision to amalgamate both companies, the family decided to purchase the HRS Business Park by Birmingham Airport to further accommodate the expansion.

2006-2007: Capacity Expansion

The HRS Business Park became the company's bulk storage facility.

2008: New Storage Facility

As part of expansion efforts, Eurox acquired Trojan Ltd, a company in a similar field.

2011: Strategic Acquisition

Arjun Palak joined as the Operations Manager, ensuring a strong succession and a continued robust operational and sales growth plan.
