Our  Packaging

As part of our ISO 14001 accreditation and commitment to reducing environmental impact, we have set SMART (specific, measurable, achievable, reviewable, time-limited) objectives. One key goal is to reduce packaging waste by 2% each year. Since 2019, we have successfully cut our packaging waste from 50 tons to 42 tons by 2022. We achieve this through innovative methods, such as reusing cardboard and employing a high-tech iPack system in our distribution centers. This system optimizes packaging to match product sizes, reducing our packaging consumption by 20% while ensuring secure delivery.

 Our commitment to recycling

At Eurox, we are dedicated to making a positive impact on the environment through comprehensive recycling initiatives. Our efforts encompass a wide range of practices designed to reduce waste, conserve resources, and support a sustainable future. By integrating  our business.

  • Product Recycling: We partner with Newlife Charity to recycle unworn and reusable clothing for disabled children, giving these items a second life and helping those in need. Additionally, we collaborate with the National Fire & Rescue Service on international projects that require recycled or returned PPE, ensuring that valuable materials are reused effectively.
  • Footwear Recycling: To manage footwear waste responsibly, we offer an incineration solution at a local plant site in the West Midlands. This approach not only disposes of waste correctly but also contributes to the creation of components for car interiors and fillings for other items.
  • Internal Recycling: Within our operations, we promote sustainable practices by implementing double-sided printing to reduce paper use, providing waste bins for efficient waste disposal, and installing battery deposit bins in our warehouses to manage electronic waste responsibly.

Through these initiatives, Eurox is committed to leading the way in environmental stewardship, continually seeking new ways to reduce our environmental footprint and foster a culture of sustainability
